PREPARATION: Wash peas and soak them in water for about 12 hours. |
PREPARATION: Soak beans in water overnight. Throw away the water. Sauté diced pork until golden. Add onions to the pork fat and cook lightly. Add drained beans. Cover and cook in the oven at 120° C (250° F) during 4 to 6 hours. Thirty minutes before the end of cooking, remove cover to color. |
