A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm a bookingFor all cancellations 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be transferable to another - date but is non- refundable. No deposit refunded in the event of:: - cancellation less than 20 days prior to arrival (even if reserved in that 20 day period) - cancellation of golf, ski and massage if cancelled less than 72 hours prior - cable, electrical or aqueduct failures and/or mother nature's doing - late arrival or early departure.
