This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in providing foodservices to patrons who order or select items at a counter, food bar or cafeteria line (or order by telephone) and pay before eating. Food and drink are picked up for consumption on the premises or for take-out, or delivered to the customer's location. These establishments may offer a variety of food items or they may offer specialty snacks or non-alcoholic beverages.
