- Made 7 days or more before the date of arrival (Free of charge)
- Made less than 7 days before the date of arrival (30% is charged)
- Made less than 48 hours (50% is charged)
- Made less than 24 hours, total amount is charged.
Unless the room can be assigned to another customer, in which case, there will be no charge.
- In high season, a reservation for a Saturday night requires a minimum of two nights, so it must be combined to a Friday or a Sunday night.
