Cancellation policy : Cancellation: If the reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours before the day of arrival, 25 $ administrative fees will be charged.
If the reservation is cancelled 72 hours and less prior to the day of arrival, the first night will be charged.
High Season (June 13th to septembre 3rd) : For any reservation on fridays on saturdays, the amount of the first night will be charged upon booking and is non refundable.
Other condition 2 : For a 5 nights and more stay: 50% deposit non refundable is charged at reservation and the balance non refundable is charged 2 weeks before the arrival date.
