SUMMER : Cancellation without fees 48 hours before the arrival date. If cancellation less than 48 hours before the arrival date, the deposit will be kept for a future reservation for a duration of one year. WINTER : Any cancellation will lead to a $50 administration fee charge. If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, one night fee will be charged and the remaining of the total amount for the stay will be kept for a future reservation for a duration of one year. If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the deposit will be kept.
